Our current new-patient Implant Special starts at $599 for a single implant fixture including exam, x-ray and consultation. The abutment, crown, 3D imaging and any grafting are quoted after your evaluation, and we offer financing and our Quest Care Membership to make it affordable.

Most patients say it was easier than a tooth extraction. The area is fully numbed, and we offer sedation for nervous patients. Mild soreness for a few days is typically managed with over-the-counter medication.

Often, yes. Bone grafting or alternative implant positions can make implants possible. A CBCT scan at your consultation tells us exactly what’s available.

The implant post itself can last a lifetime with good hygiene and regular checkups. Crowns typically last 15+ years before any replacement is needed.

Yes. We review your health history in advance, use proven medications and monitor you throughout. Nitrous oxide wears off within minutes; oral sedation requires a driver home.

With conscious sedation you’re deeply relaxed and can respond, but most patients remember very little of the appointment.

Absolutely. If anxiety keeps you from routine care, sedation can be used for cleanings and exams too.

Severe pain, swelling, bleeding that won’t stop, a knocked-out or broken tooth, or a lost crown are all reasons to call right away. If you have swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, go to the ER or call 911.

Pick it up by the crown (not the root), rinse gently, and try to place it back in the socket or keep it in milk. Call us immediately — the best outcomes happen within an hour.

New patients without insurance can take advantage of our $49 emergency exam and x-ray. Treatment is quoted before we begin.

No. Professionally supervised whitening is safe for enamel. Temporary sensitivity can occur and usually resolves within a day or two.

Whitening only changes natural enamel. If you have front restorations, we’ll plan whitening first so new work can be matched.

Often, yes. In many cases implants can be placed and your existing denture modified to snap onto them.

Most people adapt within a few weeks. Implant-supported dentures usually feel natural much sooner.

Implants don’t require reshaping neighboring teeth and protect bone, but bridges are faster and a great fit for some patients. We’ll walk through both.
