What are your hours?
We’re open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Same-day emergency appointments are available — call 916-797-8511.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major PPO plans including Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife and United Concordia. HMO patients receive discounted fees, and uninsured patients can join our Quest Care Membership.

Dr. Charles Smurthwaite, DDS, MS, brings advanced training from the Las Vegas Institute in neuromuscular and cosmetic dentistry. We plan with CBCT 3D imaging and iTero digital scans, and place same-day CEREC crowns in-house.
Do you offer sedation for anxious patients?
Yes. We offer nitrous oxide and oral conscious sedation, plus comfort amenities like warm blankets, hand-wax treatments and fresh-baked cookies.
